Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Ice Creams Facebook & Twitter Mini Win competitions Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Facebook or Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for the competition. By entering the competition all participants accept that they will have no claim against Facebook or Twitter whatsoever and agree to give Facebook or Twitter a complete liability release from any and all legal liability in connection with the promotion. Eligibility:
2. The promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its subsidiaries or agents. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
4. All entries must be made directly by the person entering. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of brute or any other automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified and any prize award forfeited.

How to enter:
5. The promotion is available to enter via ww.facebook.com/CadburyIcecreamland and www.twitter.com/CadburyIces.
6. Participants may only enter the promotion once on Facebook and once on Twitter. If a participant enters multiple times, then only one entry will be counted. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition, for example by setting up multiple Facebook and/or Twitter accounts will be disqualified.
7. To enter the competition on Facebook: participants must comment on the promotional post and tag the friends that they would share the big night in prize with. There is no limit to the amount of friends that people can tag, but they can only post once to be entered into the competition.
8. To enter the competition on Twitter: participants must retweet the post and reply tagging the friends that they would share their big night in prize with. The participant must also include the hashtag #MarvellousMiniWin in their reply. If a participant enters multiple times, then only one entry will be counted.

Winner Selection and Notification
9. Winners will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
10. To claim the Facebook prize, winners must send a private message via the Cadburys Ice Cream Facebook page and must provide a contact name, delivery address and contact number
11. To claim the Twitter prize, winners must send a private message via the Cadburys Ice Cream Facebook page and must provide a contact name, delivery address and contact number
12. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Prizes will be sent out directly to the named person as per the entry. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Prizes that are returned to sender or not delivered due to inaccurate address details will be declared unwanted and the prize will be lost. The promoter is in no way liable for the non-delivery of prizes and no replacement or communication will be entered into relating to non-delivery.

Prizes and draws:
There will be 10 winners on Facebook and 10 winners on Twitter for each prize draw.

There will be five prize draws available to enter:

a. The first prize draw will open from Friday 17th April to Monday 20th April at 12:00. The winners will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on Monday 20th April. The winners will receive one case (contains six tubs) of each flavour of Marvellous Ice Creams. The flavours include: Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Jelly Popping Candy, Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Zingy Raspberry Choc Brownie, Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Salted Caramel & Sour Cherry, Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Fairground Candy Crunch.
b. The second prize draw will open from Friday 1st May to Monday 4th May at 12:00. The winners will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on Monday 4th May. The winners will receive two cases (one case contains six tubs) of Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Zingy Raspberry Choc Brownie. The winners will also win a secondary prize, which will be detailed in the Facebook and Twitter competition post.
c. The third prize draw will open from Friday 15th May to Monday 18th May at 12:00. The winners will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on Monday 18th May. The winners will receive two cases (one case contains six tubs) of Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Salted Caramel & Sour Cherry. The winners will also win a secondary prize, which will be detailed in the Facebook and Twitter competition post.
d. The fourth prize draw will open from Friday 29th May to Monday 1st June at 12:00. The winners will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on Monday 1st June. The winners will receive two cases (one case contains six tubs) of Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Fairground Candy Crunch. The winners will also win a secondary prize, which will be detailed in the Facebook and Twitter competition post.
e. The fifth prize draw will open from Friday 12th June to Monday 15th June at 12:00. The winners will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on Monday 15th June. The winners will receive two cases (one case contains six tubs) of Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Jelly Popping Candy. The winners will also win a secondary prize, which will be detailed in the Facebook and Twitter competition post.

General:
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details.
15. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
16. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
17. If you win the prize, you agree to take part in reasonable publicity at no expense to the Promoter.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrants and the winners before making any award. This includes, but is not limited to name, age and address. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or withdraw prize entitlement and refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

20. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all participants, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of this promotion via Facebook. Any entrant posting or seen to be posting comments to Cadbury Ice Cream Facebook or Twitter or elsewhere during the draw that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other contestants, fans of Cadbury Ice Cream or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the draw. We reserve the right to alert Facebook and Twitter to any such behaviour and you may have your account frozen pending investigation.
21. Please note that in processing data for the administration of the promotion the Promoter may disclose customer information to other companies in its group or to third parties used by the Promoter and its affiliates for the purposes of the promotion only.
22. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

7. Participants may only enter the competition once on Facebook and Twitter. If a participant enters multiple times, then only one entry will be counted. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition, for example by setting up multiple Facebook and/or Twitter accounts will be disqualified.
8. To enter the promotion on Facebook and Twitter participants must detail what their ultimate big night in would be in 140 characters or less and include # MarvellousMarvinWin.

Winner Selection and Notification
9. There will be one winner overall who will be chosen via a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all entries received across Facebook and Twitter.
10. The winner will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on Tuesday 4th August. The Promoter will review the randomly selected winner to confirm that their ultimate night in experience is achievable. The Promoter will aim to achieve the winner’s big night in as close as possible, up to the value of £4,000. In the case where a participants big night in suggestion is deemed to be unachievable, then another winner will be selected and reviewed to confirm if their ultimate night in is possible. If the participant’s big night in experience requires international travel, then it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have a valid passport and necessary travel cover.
11. To claim the prize, the winner must send a private message via the Cadbury Ice Cream Facebook or Twitter page and must provide a contact name and contact number.
